Commercial Renovation

Location: 1414 Cornwall Ave, Bellingham, WA

Scope of Project : The second stage of the historic Elks Club Building restoration, previously referred to as the BPOE (Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks) Building and now called the Renaissance Building, is underway. Constructed in 1912, the building has served various purposes throughout its existence. The present owners enlisted Marker Construction to modernize and refurbish the structure. Subsequently, the family decided it would be an ideal location for their enterprise, Evergreen Beauty College, and once more entrusted Marker Construction with the project's execution. The construction work was finished in fall of 2021.
